A++ ग्रेड: इसका रंग गहरा लाल होता है और इसकी खुशबू कई तरह की प्रोसेसिंग से गुज़री होती है। यह अछूता जैविक केसर लाल क्रोकस फूल से नाज़ुक केसर के धागों को हाथ से काटकर प्राप्त किया जाता है। इसे सावधानी से तोड़ा जाता है ताकि धागे बरकरार और बिना क्षतिग्रस्त हुए रहें। फिर इसे सावधानी से सुखाया जाता है और इसके स्वाद और गुणवत्ता को बनाए रखने के लिए एक एयरटाइट कंटेनर में संग्रहीत किया जाता है। लगभग 97-98% कलंक बरकरार रहते हैं जो इसे A++ ग्रेड के लिए योग्य बनाता है
