When sugarcane juice is boiled to make jaggery, a thick, sticky liquid remains, which is known as Kakvi or Rab. It can be considered the final stage of jaggery syrup, just before it solidifies into jaggery.

Benefits of Kakvi / Rab:

Instant Source of Energy: Kakvi contains natural sugars like glucose and fructose, which provide quick energy to the body.

Aids Digestion: It boosts digestive strength and is especially beneficial during winters.
